About the Product

Double Horse Idiyappam Powder is made from clean, husked and specially processed rice. The Rice is dried and ground to a fine paste to form the flour which is of smooth texture and white in colour. It is a good supply of vitamins and minerals such as niacin, vitamin D, thiamine, iron and calcium. It can be used to prepare noodle dish and variety of other sweets and savouries.

  • Add the boiling water little by little to the rice flour and make a soft dough.
  • Knead it well and make idiyappam when it is a little hot
  • Store in a cool and dry place
  • Keep away from direct sunlight .
