• This Super Seven Bean Mix is a power-packed selection of incredibly nutritious and powerful beans such as any seven of the following: green gram, soybean, moth bean, whole black gram, whole pigeon pea, kidney bean, Bengal gram, horse gram, black-eyed bean, white beans, Bhatt and chickpeas. As it contains a mix of lentils and beans it has similar overall properties.
• The mix provides one with high amounts of protein and dietary fibre. It can be cooked as a dal or vegetable curry.
• It can also be sprouted to be added to salads along with a variety of our other products (apple cider vinegar, sesame oil or virgin coconut oil) for the dressing.
