How to Use

Veg Hakka Noodles :

  • Cook noodles and dehydrated vegetables in boiling water 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add seasoning.
  • Mix well & serve.

Green Chilli Sauce:

  • Add Ching’s green chilli sauce to your stir-fries, noodles and fried rice.
  • Serve this Chinese sauce with snacks as dip-ins Use in marinades.

Red Chilli Sauce:

  • Use Ching’s red chilli sauce as dip-ins, marinades and stir-fries Enjoy with snacks or add to your dishes.

  • Add this Chinese sauce to stir-fried rice and noodles Use in marinades or dips.

Masala - Chilli Paneer

  • Add 3 Tsp (20g) Ching's Secret Paneer Chilli Miracle Masala to a cup (300ml) water and mix well
  • Heat Tablespoon of oil in a pan & stir fry 200g paneer cubes, 1 cup (100g) diced Vegetable (onion, capsicum, carrot) & 1 green chilli slit (add more if you want it hot for 2-3 min),
  • Add masala mixture and stir well, Bring to boil & simmer for 2-3 min, For thicker gravy simmer for 3 to 4 min, Garnish with chopped spring onion & serve hot.
