Storage and Uses

  1. Add salt or rock salt for taste in Amaranth Flour and make a dough.
  2. Make sure that the dough is not sticky.
  3. Make a medium size puri and fry it in hot oil.
  4. You can also make Thalipeeth of Amaranth Flour.

 It has a shelf life of 4 months. Storage Instructions: Best to be preserved at room temperature, away from sunlight.
