It is a free-flowing cream strawberry flavoured powder that is ideal for replacing freshly whipped cream. It provides excellent after whipping volume and stability as well as is freeze stable making it perfect for use in all cake and confectionery applications, including frozen desserts. This Whipping Cream Powder can be used as a basis for fillings and for toppings or garnishes for any kind of cake.

Strawberry whipped cream is the perfect topping for sodas, milkshakes, pies, tarts, mousse cupcakes, pies, cakes, ice cream, and fresh fruit or as filling in cookies sandwiches. It adds volume, richness and smoothness to the product while strawberry flavouring adds depth to it. How to Use

Add the 500g powder to cold with 500ml-1000ml water or milk at 10-15'C and whip it.
For around 3-4 minutes at high speed.
It Is recommended to be kept In the Refrigerator for 15 Minutes before usage.
Once prepared for the liquid mix, it must be stored below 5 degrees.
