Storage and Uses

  • A cup of BLG Soya Chunks gives 1.5 cups of cooked BLG Soya Chunks.
  • Take 1 Cup of BLG Soya chunks and add 3
    cups of water to it.
  • Add a pinch of salt as per your taste (avoid in case of the sweet dish) and cook the BLG Soya Chunks for 3-4 minutes or till desired softness.
  • Drain the water and lightly squeeze the excess water for further use in any of your favourite recipes.

SOYA PULAO RECIPE

  • Clean & Soak the rice for 10-15 minutes.
  • Add oil to the pressure cooker. Temper with cumin.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste & mix it well then add sliced onions & saute. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric & salt as per your taste and mix well.
  •  Add cut vegetables of your choice and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
  • Add prepared BLG Soya Chunks, soaked rice & saute.
  • Add water to cook the rice ( 1 inch above the rice). Pressure cook until done.
  • Garnish it with fresh coriander and lemon. Serve hot.

Storage Instructions:

  • Best to be stored at room temperature, away from moisture and sunlight.
