Serum:

• Apply a warm moist towel to your face to gently open pores and leave skin slightly moist

• Apply tiny dots of serum all over your face and then blend lightly and quickly all over

• Use short light but firm strokes to apply your face serum

• Do not stretch, pull or rub the skin

Shampoo:

• To lose less hair in the shower, replace your brush with a wide-toothed comb, and comb it gently before you get into the shower

• Leave the conditioner in for about 30 seconds to 1 minute before washing

• After massaging in the shampoo, leave shampoo to sit for 1- 5 minutes

• Massage again and rinse

Conditioner:

• Wash your hair

• Rinse out your shampoo

• Wring out your hair

• Apply your conditioner

• Let the conditioner set

• Rinse out the conditioner

Concentrated serum:

Stimulate oil:

• Place the oil on the fingertips and start at the front of the scalp, rubbing in circles

• Dip the fingers in the essential oil mixture periodically while working the oil into the sides of the scalp, the back of the hair, and the middle of the scalp

• This application may stimulate blood flow to the scalp
