Lotion:

• Apply hand lotion to dry hair

• Style your hair as you normally would, then rub the lotion on your hands first

• Run your hands with the excess lotion through your hair

• Brush through, if necessary

Shampoo:

• To lose less hair in the shower, replace your brush with a wide-toothed comb, and comb it gently before you get into the shower

• Leave the conditioner in for about 30 seconds to 1 minute before washing

• After massaging in the shampoo, leave shampoo to sit for 1- 5 minutes

• Massage again and rinse

Conditioner:

• Wash your hair

• Rinse out your shampoo

• Wring out your hair

• Apply your conditioner

• Let the conditioner set

• Rinse out the conditioner

Concentrate:

• Blend one capsule of the concentrate with a generous amount of cream bath

• Apply the blend to shampooed, towel-dried hair

• Distribute evenly and massage thoroughly into hair and scalp for 20 minutes

• Comb hair and leave for 10 minutes using a steamer or just wrap a warm towel around your head
