Ingredients

Mixed Spices (72.4%) {Cumin (22.2%), Coriander, Garlic (11.1%), Red Chilli (8%), Turmeric, Black Pepper (3.9%), Compounded Asafoetida [Carrier (INS 414)], Fenugreek (2.7%) And Dehydrated Curry Leaves (0.5%)}, Arhar Dal, Horse Gram, Iodized Salt And Refined Sunflower Oil

 

Storage and Uses

Cooking Guidelines :

  • Add tamarind paste to 1-litre water. Boil and keep aside.
  • In a saucepan, fry red chillies, mustard seeds and the curry leaves in the oil.
  • To this add 1 tablespoon (12 g) of ITC AASHIRVAAD Rasam Powder and mix the tamarind solution.
  • Add salt and sugar to taste.
  • Boil for about 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander.
  • Serve hot.
