Storage and Uses

1. Wash and soak rice for 30-45 minutes.

2. Boil the rice in the ratio of (2:1) in pressure cooker for 10 minutes covered with lid in low heat.

3. Allow 5 minutes for cooling.

4. Now rice is ready to be served.

5. You can also make pulav, jeera rice or any other rice recipes.

6. If Stored in a cool, dry place - away from sunlight.
